Marriott Bonvoy wants you to know that renting an entire house now counts toward your hard-earned elite status, and for once the math actually works in your favor. Book a stay of $1,750 or more through Homes & Villas by Marriott International between now and September 30, and every paid night you stay between September 3 and December 15 earns double Elite Night Credits — one standard credit plus one bonus credit, stacked.

The catch, because there's always one: you have to register first (it's not automatic), the spend threshold applies per stay, and Marriott isn't in a rush to hand over the goodies — those bonus night credits don't post to your account until sometime between December 15 and December 31, well after you've already checked out and forgotten this promo existed. Book during Thanksgiving week and you'll also pick up double points, but that's the appetizer, not the main course.

Is it worth it? If you were already eyeing a villa or a big group house rental this fall and you're chasing Platinum or Titanium, sure — a three-night stay quietly hands you six Elite Night Credits instead of three, which adds up fast if you're the type who tracks this stuff in a spreadsheet. If you weren't already planning the trip, don't manufacture one just to game a status tier. Confirmed directly on Homes & Villas by Marriott International's own offer page.
